Maybe I should branch out a little bit, but it's hard when the pierogi are sooooo good. A special visit to Veselka, this was a celebratory meal for my MSLIS graduation. A smaller gathering than expected due to COVID, but nonetheless we had pierogi, prosecco, and a great deal of excitement. 8 cheese, fried as always. The weather was perfect and the food was delicious!
